President Hage G. Geingob recently met with leaders from Civil Society to network, provide feedback and discuss preparations for the 38th SADC Leadership Summit. The State House visit for Non-Governmental Organizations was facilitated by the Namibian Office of the President. Since taking over the SADC Chairmanship in August 2018, President Geingob emphasized that inclusivity is key in the decision making process.
Namibia and other SADC countries can thus expect regular and continuous engagement with Civil Society during this SADC Chairmanship.
